Former hidden jewish children during the world war II.Here, Hélène Waysenson, hidden among other places whom in Gard department , at the famous house of Izieu (la maison d'Izieu) , Aine department. Her parents were polish living before Marseille in Luxemburg from where they had to flee as jewish. Hélène's father was denounced when the whole family was hidding in the Gard and sent to Les Beaumettes' s jail i Marseille, then to Drancy camp and finally to Auschwitz with th convoi n°73, the 15 may 1944. He never came back.
