70 year old Mitsuru Margata in the farhouse she used to live in with at Shimokawauchi which is just on the edge, outside of the exclusion zone. Even though it is outside she has been forced to move and is allowed to come back 3 times a week to feed her dogs. Readings of radioactivity on her farm, taken by the local authorities, varied from 2 to 33 Millisieverts, depending on the location on the farm.
