Nguyen Tuan Van Sang (12) with his lifejacket, given to him by his school three years ago to help him survive the floods. Phu Kinh village, Hai Hoa commune..
"I'm afraid when the floods come, I can't go to school or play with my friends. The school gave me the lifejacket three years ago because my family is so poor and we live by the river. I use the jacket when the floods come, I've had to use it 5 times this year. I'm not afraid, because it helps me float." 2009.
