KUWAIT. Near Jahara. Total Eclipse of the Sun. Employees of the Kuwait Oil Co. enjoy a picnic tea, served in some style, in the desert awaiting the eclipse of the sun. Kenneth C Blackwell from the Royal Observatory in Greenwich travelled to Kuwait with over a ton of equipment to record the eclipse on the 25th of February 1952.
