People gather in Taksim Square for a demonstration against Israel and to celebrate the return of activists from Israel after their ship carrying aid to Gaza was attacked by Israeli forces while it was still in international waters. Demonstrators wore green armbands and headbads, the colour of Islam, waved Turkish and Palestinian flags in the air, and carried signs the colours of the Palestinian flag.
