CHILE. 2019. Ernesto Soto is 54 years old. He was born and raised in the Valle del león and hardly never left the area. He is an avid reader and has a prodigious memory. He is not a gaucho because he was raised with the perspective of taking care of his mother in the future, therefore he is more at ease with the homework. His relation to the Valley and his animals go beyond the economy of survival, he loves them and treats them with care and respect. He says he would not like to live anywhere else and sees no one in a single disatvantage with living in the Valley.
