USA. Baltimore, Maryland. 2019. The Baltimore Police Department was called to investigate an unconscious homeless man who appeared to be bleeding. When they arrived on the scene they found the man passed out drunk with spilled food and drink forming a pool around his stomach. The temperature was well below freezing and the man was encouraged to check into a shelter for the night.
