Bieke Depoorter
EGYPT. Al-Ab'adiya. Al-Fayoum. September 2013.
(Translation of the written text below)
- I think that this picture should be on the first page of the book because the picture is natural and shows sadness, poverty, and the gathering of the family. That will attract the attention of people to look at the book because the book talks about reality and the picture shows reality.
- Let's stay far away from politics, because we don't have the experience or history, and we didn't study it either. When all the people started talking about it, we lost a lot, our country lost a lot.
- A feeling of deprivation.
- I agree with this opinion.
- When I was going through adolescence, I felt a lot of conflict between my feelings as a girl and my upbringing at home.
- The picture talks about the time of president Morsi, when there were days of chaos and power cuts, etc ...
- I don't agree with this. The reason is not President Morsi, because he only ruled Egypt for one year. lt could be because of her mental state, and that's why she's sitting in the dark.
- lt's better for you not to get involved with politics in the book because it can get you in trouble.
