IRAQ. Amariyat al-Fallujah, Anbar Province. February 1, 2016. A former policeman from Ramadi, who lost his right leg fighting the Islamic State, stands in a camp for displaced Sunni families in Amariyat al-Fallujah.

Families in the camp, who often have no source of income, are in urgent need of healthcare, food and other aid. The International Committee of the Red Cross distributes food parcels, blankets, and other hygiene kits. However, their ability of families to cope is diminishing as their needs increase.
