GAZA STRIP. Khan Yunis. February 2003. A Palestinian mother stand with her baby on the destroyed outskirts of Khan Yunis refugee camp which borders the illegal Gush Katif Jewish settlement. For the fifth day in a row, she has been denied permission to walk the two kilometers to her home village. Palestinians who had ventured from their homes to celebrate the feast of Eid-ul Azah with families in Khan Yunis were not allowed to return through an Israeli checkpoint to their homes.
