A body wrapped into a burial shroud lays in a grave during a mass funeral for at least a dozen alleged civilian victims of air strikes before a mass burial at the Martyrs Cemetery in Tripoli. Though government minders allowed foreign journalists to cover a mass funeral in which at least a dozen bodies were buried, it was impossible to independently verify the government's claims that the bodies were those of civilian casualties.
