ETHIOPIA. Addis Ababa. The re-burial of the remains of the last Emperor of Ethiopia, Haile Selassie, murdered following a military coup which brought his rule to an end in 1974. His remains were found in an unmarked grave in the old presidential palace. His family, most of whom are in exile, organised with the Ethiopian Orthodox Church for the Emperor's remains to be laid to rest in a granite tomb next to his wife, Empress Menen in Trinity Cathedral.
