ROMANIA. Bucharest. 1999. Homeless people eat near food distribution center. Food distirbution existed through MSF until April 1999 and will be taken over by the City of Bucharest after February 2000. It takes place near one of the city's biggest markets and provides hot food for the homeless, as well as drawing the public's attention to the problem.
