INDIA. 1959. The Dalai Lama traveled via rail from Tezpur to Siliguri (West Bengal). The train had 13 coaches and 3 tons of baggage belonging to the Dalai Lama, his staff and relatives who'd accompanied him in his flight from Tibet.
