KENYA ; Isiolo, Pepo the Tumaini Project (Winds of Hope) which provides home based care for people living with HIV / AIDS in a rural setting. The project tries to place children who are orphaned from AIDS. Small shelters are provided for children in the terminal phase of AIDS.
