INDIA. Pope's visit. Calcutta 3 February 1986.Pope John Paul II visited the Nirmal Hriday (Pure Heart) home run by Mother Teresa and her Sisters of Charity in Calcutta.She opened the home in 1952 and has looked after more than 50.000 patients and received the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize.
