These photographs have been copyright cleared for world-wide print and electronic media reproduction in the context of a review or preview of the book 'Vietnam Inc' only, providing no more than TWO photographs from the selection of copyright cleared press prints are used in total, no larger than a 1/4 page, they are not used on the cover, cropped and they are used within three months of the re-publication of the book.
