From June 20 to August 20, 2019, Bordeaux and its territory will gather around a new cultural season "Liberté! Bordeaux 2019", inviting visitors and residents to take a journey from the Age of Enlightenment to the ocean spirit. The solo exhibition "Shores" by Harry Gruyaert, a major figure in photography and a member of the Magnum Photos agency, brings together some sixty exceptional prints in the majestic setting of the Bordeaux Underwater Base.
The latter is coupled with an original photographic commission of 20 prints realised by Harry Gruyaert during a residency in Bordeaux and on the territory....
