In this work Mark Power explores the edges of London as defined by the 'A to Z Atlas'; places where, as the map suggests, the city falls away into nothingness, into non-space; indistinct, without identity.

In contrast to the romantic zones of "The Shipping Forecast", the names of these peripheral areas (in this case simply page numbers) are not loaded with associations, but exist instead as vague triggers in our memories, misty outposts of the imagination as much as they are of the city itself.
