Magnum Photographers 

The Têt Offensive launched on January 1968, by forces of the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese People's Army of Vietnam against the forces of the South Vietnamese Army of the Republic of Vietnam, the United States Armed Forces, and their allies, turned the tide of the Vietnam War. While the American public had been led to believe that the North Vietnamese had been defeated, this large military operation proved otherwise and the U.S. subsequently had to pull out of Vietnam.
