On Monday, May 1, 2017 Marine Le Pen held one of the final rallies of her campaign before the May 7 vote in Villepinte, a small city northeast of Paris.
Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, the former presidential candidate who garnered 4.7% of the vote during the first round of the elections, gave the opening speech at the rally, declaring his support for Le Pen.
During her speech, Marine Le Pen confirmed that Mr. Dupont-Aignan would be appointed Prime Minister if she wins the presidency.
