Moises Saman 

After seven years of military activity in Iraq, the US government announced the withdrawal of it's last combat units, marking the beginning of the end of one of the most bloody and controversial military operations in its history.
As the US military presence in Iraq diminishes to approximately 50,000 troops (down from a high of 150,000 in 2006-2007) the legacy of this war remains to be written even though the toll of death and suffering by the civilian population is already palpable throughout the country.
A fragile sense of normalcy is taking hold in Baghdad, but the random bombs and targeted...
