Exhibition - Lost Boys of Sudan

"Lost Boys of Sudan" is a documentary film about the incredible journey of four young Sudanese men. Together with nearly 20,000 orphaned boys aged three to thirteen, they fled their country's civil war in search of safety. Called 'Lost Boys' after Peter Pan's posse of orphans, they wandered the Sudanese wilderness for five years, protecting and providing for each other as they encountered starvation, disease, military attacks, and wild animals. Thousands died. In 1992, the boys finally reached a refugee camp in Kakuma, Kenya. For the next ten years, they struggled to survive the harsh conditions...
