A. Abbas 

The "Holy Week" agreement and the subsequent referendum are a first step towards negociated peace in Northern Ireland.

But centuries of hate and mistrust will not be wiped out with this agreement. Symbol of this accumulated hate is the "Peace Wall" which seperates the two communities, the Catholic from the Protestant one in Belfast. When will this wall come crumbling down? Copyright: ABBAS/MAGNUM
