A waterlogged UK saw the most severe flooding in the North-East, the Midlands and the South East England where small towns and villages have been isolated in their fight against the rising water levels. The village of Yalding in Kent, was flooded for the second time in two weeks, bringing further misery to businesses and homeowners.
