French newspaper LE MONDE is publishing an exceptional summer series, August 2002, on famous people relating to a photograph of their parents. "Dear Parents" (Chers Parents) is written by Le Monde journalist Annick Cojean and photographed by Magnum photographers Martine Franck , Marc Riboud and Elliott Erwitt.
