After having been systematically expulsed from the St. Ambroise church, the "Théâtre du Soleil" theatre, and then the SNCF ( French national railway company) premises at Rue Pajol, These clandestine immigrant families from several African countries, are without french resident permits. They are currently taking refuge in the Saint Bernard church, but still face the threat of expulsion. Mediators from different associations are fighting to convince the French government to regulate their situation in granting resident papers.
