Abas NAGASHIAN (21 years old, a male soldier)) and Fakhri TORKAN (17 years old, a female teacher) are in charge of a whole area around the village of Penart (about 9 kilometers from Isfahan). They "inspect" twice a day the villages, visiting homes, advising on cleanliness customs, talking with farmers. In the evening they go to the school, inspect the children, and have them march into class. Fakhri looks after 41 girls in first grade, while Abas takes cares of 60 boys in grades 1 through 5.
