LE CORBUSIER, French painter, urbanist and architect, built in 1952 a small
holiday home: "Le cabanon".
In 1930, he married Yvonne GALLIS, born in Monte Carlo.
He loved swimming in this region of the Mediterranean where he died at sea in 1965.
His grave is located in the village of Roquebrune-Cap Martin.
