At night in an office building, police check out a reported robbery in progress, their guns are drawn because each time they open a door, they do not know if it is going to be a shoot out with the crook doing the shooting first. This time they found nothing, perhaps the crooks heard the police and left the back way. The police hats are on backwards so they shouldn't get in the way.
