JAPAN. FUKUSHIMA Prefecture. Temporary accomodation for people displaced by the 20km exclusion zone around the damaged nuclear power station at Fukushima Daiichi, inside which no one is allowed to live or enter without a government permit. The housing is only supposed to be suitable for 2 years, but it will be much longer than this before many of the people will be alowed to return home.
This is in Iwaki. Farmers Seisaku Yokata and his wife Akiko are from Okuma, inside the exclusion zone and have been displaced here. He makes dolls and from bamboo to pass the time.
