EL SALVADOR. A cow is slaughtered in the early morning at a refugee camp in El Salvador. The ÔcamesmosÕ who flee from the fighting in the countryside some times manage to bring some animals with them to the camps. They are a precious commodity and in the morning the meat will be sold to other refugees providing one of the few opportunities to eat meat. 1981.
