Philippines. 2015. Outside Tacloban, a solar scholar takes part in a mock drill conducted by the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities, in the Tinabanan caves where people from the neighbouring villages took shelter during the typhoon Yolanda. As part of this new initiative, the scholars are taught how to use solar lamps in case of any emergency.
