TURKEY. Mersin. 2018. Xunawa (in red), 15, is seen working in a textile workshop 6 days in a week, 10 hours in a day for 150 USD monthly. Her father being disabled and her mother having to take care of him, only she and her sister can work and support the family.

The other workers are also Syrian. They have between 9 and 16 years old. In total 20 children work in this workshop.
