IRAN. Khuzestan. 2018. A flock passing the road close to Karun river in Khuzestan Province. Karun is Iran’s most effluent and only navigable river. It’s 950 Kilometer long. Much of Khuzestan’s transport and resourced are connected in one way or another to the Karun. Since 5 years ago the river, which used to be a way for shipping is facing serious drought.
