ITALY, Sicily 17 July 2017. African migrants in a migrant reception centre in Mineo, Eastern Sicily. It was originally built to house American soldiers and their families. Now it is home to more than 3,000 migrants and asylum seekers, many of them from Africa who live in 400 identical, suburban houses.
