TURKEY. Karantina, Istanbul. 2020. While walking down from home in Beyoglu today, I saw this woman sitting in front of her apartment. We had a long conversation, she was so happy to talk with somebody after 50 days alone at home. I was feeling happy too. We kept talking from 3-4 meters distance. She said also her children take care of her if she needs anything from the market. Unfortunetly, they don't ever come in because they don't want to risk getting her sick. She feels really sorry to live this Ramadan far from her children, far from everybody, and feels lonely.
