USA. Beacon, New York. April 2, 2020. Walking by the Hudson River, my eye caught a white cross that seemed to have been nailed to the ground in an open area of the forest. It seemed to me like a sign to the above to aid us all in our present situation. Five years ago I moved to Beacon which is 60 miles outside New York City. I'm a city boy not a nature person. I don't miss the city, it's peaceful here but these days I feel like I'm under house arrest. So today I went by the Hudson River and I took these photos. Lonely but not empty.
