GREECE. Lesbos. 2015. Refugees come ashore near the village of Skala Sikaminias on the northern tip of the Greek island of Lesbos, around eight nautical miles from the Turkish coast. 

According to UNHCR of the 850,000 refugees and migrants arrived in Greece in 2015 more than 500,000 disembarked on the island of Lesbos.
