IRAQ. Hajj Ali, Ninevah Province. July 31, 2016. Sunni tribal fighters from the village of Hajj Ali that are aligned with the Iraqi Government, control their recently liberated town on the outskirts of ISIS-controlled Qayarah. Hajj Ali is considered a strategic village for any future Mosul offensive, and it was recaptured from ISIS by the Iraqi army and Sunni tribal fighters on 13 June, 2016.
