BOLIVIA. Cupeci Colony. 2002. One of the Beuler children helps unload cans of milk from small colony farms into the family "queseria" where they will produce cheese for sale in Bolivian cities, particularly Santa Cruz. The price of cheese has been dropping as have nearly all farm commodity prices. The Beuler family originally migrated here from Canada to avoid integration into modern secular society.
