Elliott Erwitt
SCOTLAND. 2012. Clach Glas and Blaven, Isle of Skye, Inner Hebrides. The name Clach Glas translates to ‘Grey Stone’. At 2,579ft, it is often used as a scrambling route to Blaven (Blà Bheinn in Gaelic), a munro — Scottish mountains over 3,000ft, so named after Sir Hugh Munro, 4th Baronet of Lindertis, who first catalogued them.
