Soldier of the Florida national Guard Reserve called up to fight in Iraq and sustained injuries by a roadside explosive device in Rammadi. He has been heavily injured and will be paralysed for life. He undergoes regular medical examination and therapy at the VA Miami Veterans Hospital. He has brain dammage and speech impairment. He can walk the dogs and do minor duties at home.
