VENEZUELA. Caracas. November 29, 2007. A march by members of the opposition to President Hugo Chavez' proposed constitutional reforms to be voted on December 3rd. Among the proposed changes to the constitution are articles ending term limits for President and extending executive powers that Chavez claims will facilitate the Bolivarian Revolution and that the opposition claims will make him a dictator.
