Shay Dror (in straw hat), Jewish resident of the adjacent Israeli town of Mevaseret Tsiyon joins Palestinian farmers and peace activists attempting to stop bulldozers from constructing the wall by sitting in the bulldozers path. Palestinians living in the village areas north and north west of Jerusalem will be losing up to 80% of their farmland and most of their resources for survival, including water. Earlier in the day, protesters had been beaten by the army stationed to keep the path of the bulldozer clear. To date, five area Palestinians have died in protests against the wall.
