USA. Staten Island. 2013. A destroyed house in the New Dorp neighborhood of Staten Island nearly three months after Hurricane Sandy. The neighborhood is quiet. Some houses are being renovated but many are darkened and uninhabited. There are a number of houses that are completely destroyed and have yet to be cleared away to make room for rebuilding.
