AFGHANISTAN. Kabul. Thursday, July, 2008. 6-year-old Hasina, a girl displaced along with her family from a village in Helmand Province, suffers a mental condition that prevents her from speaking. She lives in a camp on the outskirts of Kabul that is home to about 450 families that fled the fighting in the southern Afghan province of Helmand.
