A local farmer works on a rice field flooded by heavy rain brought by tropical storm Tomas in an area of central Haiti that is the epicenter of the worse cholera outbreak to hit the country in the past 50 years. Over 400 people in the Artibonite Province have died from cholera in the past two weeks.
