GAZA. Martyr's Cemetery. 1996. Gazan Hamas residents visit the grave of Yahiya Ayyash who was Israel's most wanted man until his January 1996 assassination allegedly at the hands of the Israeli Shin Beit. Ayyash was killed in the Gaza four days after the birth of his second child in Rafat village, West bank. Ayyash had allegedly engineered the suicide bomb (s) which have left 59 Israelis dead and dozens wounded.
