Both Massera, the second admiral of the Argentinian Junte, and the first chief junte General Videla were condemned to life in prison in 1986.
An investigation commission is underway, lead by the young democracy which is accumulating testimonies to describe the events which occured, particularly between 1976 and 1978, in some 300 clandestine detention centers.
